Description:

Job Title: Fleet & Customs Coordinator

Job Overview: Asa Fleet & Customs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the customs and company fleet requirements to ensure the seamless operation of our organisation. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of efficiently managing databases, systems, and fleet operations.

Key Attributes:

*2 years' experience in a similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with proven experience in various software applications
* Full Driving License
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets
* Motivated self-starter, capable of working independently and as part of a team

Key Tasks and Duties:

Fleet Management:

* Order and manage all company vehicles and rental cars, including cars, fork trucks, trucks, and trailers, with relevant approvals.
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections (interior & exterior).
* Manage monthly Tachograph Downloads & External Reports.
* Oversee fleet services such as toll tags, fuel cards, and EV Chargers.
* Ensure vehicle compliance with road standards.
* Generate monthly cost reports and track expenses.
* Coordinate with the Manager on road incidents and offences.
* Manage fleet stock and associated costs.
* Liaise with vehicle fleet suppliers.
* Maintain and update the fleet database.
* Consider Business Sustainability Strategies in decision-making.
* Generate and amend purchase orders in the ERP system.
* Provide overall support to the Procurement Team.

Customs Coordination:

* Manage company requirements for customspaperwork to ensure timely material arrivals.
* Complete due diligence in the pre-order environment, including supplier riskassessments and budgetary alignment.
* Support the supplier negotiation process.
* Liaise with the Accounts Department to resolve problem invoices.
* Monitor all orders and ensure timely processing.
* Regularly communicate with suppliers to ensureup-to-date account status and identify areas for service improvement.
* Manage client concerns, ensuring thorough and timely resolution.
* Any other duties deemed necessary for the efficiency of the business.
