On behalf of my client in Fermoy, Co. Cork I am recruiting for General Operatives fora full time permanent role, starting immediately.
Role Responsibilities:
* Production of timber products
* Follow written, verbal (face to face) and verbal (over radio) work instructions
* Set up machinery
* Remove obstructions from machinery to prevent down time
* Communicate faults to supervisors
* Quality control
* Enter data to ERP system
* Maintain clean and safe area
* Operators trained on mobile equipment will, additionally, prepare loads for dispatch based on pick lists orsort and pick logs according to work instructions
The Ideal Candidate will:
* Have previous experience working in a mechanical environment such as building, farming, manufacturing, construction
* Have fluent English
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be willing and able to move, lift and carry items
* Be available and flexible to switch shifts weekly(from days- evenings and vice versa)

Rate of Pay: €13 per hour
Hours of Work: 2 week cycle, 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm (10pm finish on Fridays)
