Description:
FRS Recruitment is currently seeking a number of General Operatives with Forklift License to join a busy client in Portarlington, Co. Laois.
The Duties:
Hygiene and Cleaning Duties* Wet vac use for cleaning manufacturing area.
* Inspecting returned containers and removing any debris to the correct bins (general waste or recycling).
* Use of Power Wash in outdoor areas of the facility.
* Follow daily checks to make sure hygiene standards are maintained to highest standard.
Warehouse Duties
* Manual and Electric pallet truck to move containersin and out of Production Area.
* Forklift operation to load and unload trucks.
* Completing paperwork - attach product labels and delivery dockets.
* Pack up boxes weighing up to 25kg.
* Shrink wrapping pallets.
Manufacturing Duties
* Assisting on the production line.
* Physically package products into 10kg units and getting ready for dispatch.
* Complete and attach relevant Quality Assurance paperwork.
* Communicate with office on orders to be produced.
Requirements:
* PreviousWarehouse and Manufacturing Experience essential
* A valid forklift license and manual handling.
* Immediately available.* Capable of working within a team and on own initiative..
* Good spoken and written English.
This is a full time temporary ongoing position with a immediate start.
