Job Title: HGV Fleet Service Coordinator

Location: Naas, Co.Kildare

Salary: Up to €45,000 per annum

Are you an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with a passion for theHGV industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a HGV Fleet Service Coordinator based in Naas, Co. Kildare. If you're organised, proactive, and ready to take on a pivotal role in our depot, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:As a HGV Fleet Service Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Being the key customer contact and single point of reference for the Depot.
* Confirming and agreeing on planned visits with customers, including re-planning any outstanding defects.
* Loading the workshop schedule to maximise capacity.
* Maintaining customer contact information in workshop planner and CRM.
* Ensuring all resources (labor and parts) are available in advance of scheduled work.
* Planning and communicating CVRT appointments to customers.
* Clarifying the basis for repair (Retail/Warranty/Contract) for the customer andthe workshop.
* Obtaining formal customer authorisation for quoted work.
* Agreeing on timescales for unscheduled work withcustomers and following through to completion.
* Managing bookings for loan vehicles.
* Actively liaising and coordinatingbetween customers and the workshop on progress and ensuring timely authorisation for incremental work.
* Gaining customer agreement by professionally presenting the benefits of identified repair solutions.
* Following up after service/repair visits tocheck customer satisfaction.
* Developing the Depot's labor and parts sales through effective customer relationships.
* Monitoring service alerts in VOSP and contacting customers for necessary bookings.
* Having a deep understanding of our customers,the environment in which they operate, and the direct impact we can have on their business.

Skills Profile:

* EssentialHGV industry experience or knowledge.
* Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service and administration skills.
* Effective negotiation and selling skills.
* Highly organised with a proven ability to work methodically, accurately, and efficiently in a busy working environment with challenging deadlines.
* Strong IT skills.
