Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for inventory management? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
My client is in looking for an Inventory Technicianto join their team in Longford. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Stores, including inventory management, cycle counting, and stocktake. You will also be responsible for carrying out customer/site specific requests,expediting and tracking orders from vendors, dealing with returns and repairs, and delivering agreed metrics to support the benchmarking of site.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Knowledgeable about inventory management systems (SAP and Maximoa distinct advantage)
* Computer literate with good attention to detail
* Competent on Excel and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Adaptable and flexible with a can-do attitude
* Confident in dealing with clients and vendors
* Able to handle queries from technicians and engineers
* Knowledgeable about engineering parts (an advantage)
Working hours
This position has regular working hours of Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. There are no shifts or late nights required for this role.
Salary and benefits
The salary on offeris between €30,000 and €35,000 per annum (depending on experience). There is also a pension scheme available after1 year of service.
