Kenect Drivers are currently recruiting for experienced LGV2, HGV2, Class2 Refuse drivers for regular temporary driving work with our Dordon based client - North Warwickshire Borough Council (B78 1TR)As an LGV2 Refuse driver, the work will involve:
- Local collections of Black wheelie bins
- Local collections of recycling and Green garden waste bins
- Covering Dordon, Polesworth and Atherstone areas
- Working with team of loaders who do the physical side of the work
- Regular, long term work
- 06.30 starts until 14.30 finish between Monday - Friday
The pay ratesfor the roll of the LGV2 Refuse driver are:
Pay Rates (PAYE):
The pay rates outlined below for this role are inclusive ofholiday pay for PAYE workers. The rates listed below also apply for Limited Company drivers.
- £9.50 p/h inclusive of holidaypay (First 37 hours per week)
- £14.25 p/h inclusive of holiday pay (After 37 hours per week/time and half)
- £19.00 p/h inclusive of holiday pay (Bank Holidays/double time)
PAYE Pay rates shall increase after 12 continuous weeks to meet pay parity.Pay Rates (Limited Company Drivers):
- £9.50 p/h (First 37 hours per week)
- £14.25 p/h (After 37 hours per week/time andhalf)
- £19.00 p/h (Bank Holidays/double time)
