My client, a market leader in refrigeration and HVAC component sales, is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team in Cork City. They are seeking a versatile individual who can handle varioustasks and contribute to different areas of the business, including customer service, sales order processing, and logistics.
Key responsibilities:
* Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
* Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring smooth logistics operations
* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
* Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
* Prepare invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
* Monitor and resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders or shipmentsRequirements for success in this role:
* 1-2 years of experience as a logistics or sales administrator
* Previous experience in the HVAC or Refrigeration sector (a significant advantage)
* Proficiency in goods in, goods out, and stock control processes
* Previous experience in a sales or logistics administration role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
*Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
This is a Mondayto Friday position with working hours from 8AM to 5PM, ensuring no shifts and no weekends! The salary range for this role is €28,000 to €30,00 0 per annum (approximately €14.50 per hour).
