Due to phenomenal growth in 2022 and further projected growth in 2023 and beyond my client is seeking to hire a Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their busy and thriving team in Cork.
The company isa highly successful family run company with nearly 30 years in the components industry having started from humble beginnings andnow grown to multi million euro company! They project a further 20-50% growth in the next year with no signs of slowing down.The job will consist of but is not limited to:
* Supplier Management - planning and forecasting with key suppliers
* Customer Management - processing customer orders and reporting on backorders
* Inventory Management - stock control both in houseand with 3rd party stock holders
* Logistics Related Tasks - tracking orders and co-ordinating with freight companies
To be considered for this job you should have:
* Good computer skills especially MS Office products like Excel and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team
* A can do, positive attitude along with an excellent attentionto detail and good organisation skills
* Previous experience in similar position (2-3 years) and preferably in a similar industry (manufacturing, importing or exporting)
