Procurement / Buyer Graduate - Hybrid Working
Location: Naas, Co Kildare
Salary: €30,000 per annum

Job Purpose:This Procurement Graduate role designed to support the Procurement and Continuous Improvement Departments. Reporting to the Buyer, this position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in procurement within the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source materials and packaging from approved suppliers to meet the business requirements.
* Assist in sourcing new raw materials
* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier rationalisation while maintaining product quality.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
* Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary.
* Provide administrative support across the procurement department.
* Collaborate with the Procurement team to review forecasts and contracts and secure additional raw materials as needed.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience:
* Third level education is desirable.
* Degree in business or relevant discipline preferred but not essential.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Experience in project tracking is advantageous.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proven track record of delivering results.
