Your Role:
As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be a crucial asset, providing invaluable support to our team of buyers in efficiently managing stock orders and ensuring timely and cost-effective dispatch of materials. Your meticulous approach to order management and excellent organization skills will be pivotal in maintaining accurate stock levels and building strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
Purchasing Administrator Role Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update the stock ordering system
* Ensure that all orders are placed in a timely manner while keeping in mind the current stock holdings and lead times for deliveries
*Maintain and update PO reports for all pending stock
* Ensure that all invoicing is correct and logged correctly on the systemto minimise error or discrepancies
* Ordering other ad/hoc material as required
* Liaising with other departments/warehouseas required for collections, deliveries, stock shortages etc.
* Follow up with any supplier queries or issues as neededPurchasing Administrator Requirements:
Supply Chain Expertise: You possess previous experience in supply chain management or order handling, bringing valuable insights to the role.
Tech Savvy: Excel, SAP, or similar systems hold no secrets for you. Your strong IT skills enable you to navigate systems with ease.
