THE OPPORTUNITY
I am pleased to be recruiting on behalf of my well-established client and helping them to expand their team. Due to company growth they arelooking for experienced schedulers / administrators to join them in Surbiton. This is a fantastic opportunity to train, learn and develop with an industry leading business and take responsibility of your own planning and scheduling work.
You will be supporting their clients by scheduling installations and repairs works for drivers across the UK and handling reactive queries and issues that arise through the day. If you are an experienced Administrator / Scheduler / Logistics Administrator / Export Administrator / Logistics Coordinator looking to join a reputable and rewarding business, this opportunity is now to be missed!
DUTIES
* Route planning across the UK for multiple appointments and drivers
* Communicating with colleagues to update themon their appointments and routes
* Liaise with customers regarding appointments
* Keeping customers up to date with any rearrangements, delays etc
* Answering incoming calls and handling requests promptly
* Responding to emails
* Ensure the systems are kept up to date and accurate at all times
SKILLS YOU NEED
* Excellent PC and related technology skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
