An established company in Limerick City is seeking a dynamic and experienced Trade Counter/Stores Person to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in operations, serving asthe face of the company at the trade counter while also contributing to the efficient functioning of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Process customer orders, provide productinformation, and assist with queries.
* Efficiently manage and maintain the trade counter area
* Replenish stock on the shelves, ensuring a well-organised and presentable inventory.
* Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
* Assist in warehouse operations during peak times.
* Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload goods as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Valid Manual Handling Certificate.
* Forklift license is essential.
* Previous experiencein a warehouse environment is required.
* Demonstrated experience in customer service or retail.
* Ability to take direction and work well as part of a team.
* Positive "can-do" attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
**The candidate will be required to work one Saturday in every four. Saturday hours are: 9am - 12pm.
