Description:
My client is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their teamin Fermoy. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and administration, excellent communication skills, and be highly organised.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate logistics activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation.
* Work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
* Communicatewith customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Maintain accurate records of all shipments,receipts, and inventory.
* Process purchase orders and invoices.
* Generate reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics and administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours: 08.30am-17.30pm, Monday to Friday
