Responsibilities:

As a Finance/Transport Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day finance activities of their business while also being involved in transport planning and logistics. Your key responsibilities will include generating invoices, managing documentation, reconciling accounts, preparing statutory returns, ensuringfleet compliance, handling customer accounts queries, and collaborating on finance/customs projects. Additionally, you will assist in transport planning, including import/export logistics, maximising fleet efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevantregulations.



Skills & Experience:

Essential:

* IT competency in accounts or business systems
* Proven organisational skills
* Interest in developing customs expertise
* Understanding of the transport industry and operational/logistical elements

An Advantage:

* Knowledge of Sage Accounts/Payroll
* Customs experience
* Financial skills (pricing, analysing financials)
* Previous experience with a transport management system or finance system
