3.5 Tonne Drivers - Temp-Perm Positions >
Kenect Drivers are currently recruiting for 3 x experienced 3.5 Tonne Van Multi-drop drivers for temp-perm work with our client based at Magna park in Lutterworth (LE17).
Our client are the largest multi-channel distributor of business supplies and office stationary within the industry in the UK.
As an experienced 3.5t driver the work shall involve:
- Multidrop deliveries off office stationary
- Between 10-35 deliveries per shift
- Set runs available (same route every day)
- Required to load own vehicle
- Use of Sack truck- Some manual lifting required (boxes of paper)
- 2-3 days paid training provided to learn products and routes
- Aprrox. 9 hours per shift - 45 hours average working week
- Start times between 04.00-06.00 Monday - Friday
The pay rates outlined belowfor this role are inclusive of holiday pay for PAYE workers. The rates listed below also apply for Limited Company drivers.The salary for these positions are as follows:
- Whilst temporary (first 12 weeks) = £7.50 p/h increasing to £9.75 p/h after37.5 hrs p/w
- When permanent (week 13 onwards) = £8.16 p/h increasing to £10.61 after 37.5 hrs p/w
- 45 hours average per week = 7.5 hours at overtime rate
- 23 days holidays per annum plus 8 stats
