Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Cork/Limerick Border

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience (DOE)

My client a rapidly expanding manufacturing facility that is known for their commitment to excellence and quality. As part of their continued growth, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join theirteam. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of their warehouse and contribute to the overall success of their organisation.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of our warehouse within the manufacturing facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:* Managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations and optimal productivity.
* Rostering, performance management, and motivation of the warehouse staff, consisting of 10-15 employees.
* Monitoring and maintaining accuratestock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient stock rotation.
* Liaising with other departments to coordinate stock movements and anticipate demand.
* Implementing and improving warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and minimise errors.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
Qualifications and Experience:To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
* Previous experience managing a warehouseand leading a team of 10-15 employees.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control processes.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
* Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
Working Hours: The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
