Warehouse Manager - Dublin (Tallaght) - €35-40k PA
Are you a motivated and experienced individual with a knack for efficient warehouse management? We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our client's small yet bustling warehouse located in Tallaght, Dublin. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Tallaght, Dublin
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Role Overview: As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of the warehouse. You will leada small team of 1-2 individuals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment. Your hands-on approachwill be essential to maintain an organised and efficient warehouse space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and stock organisation.
* Lead and motivate a small team toachieve set goals and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
Act as a point of contact for customers at the trade counter,delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Leverage your HVAC background to ensure proper storage conditions and handling of sensitive materials, if applicable.
* Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize overall business operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role - 2-3 years.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Valid forklift ticket and experience is amajor plus.
* Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate a small team effectively.
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly at a trade counter, is advantageous.
* HVAC backgroundand understanding would be a valuable asset.
