My client a well-established engineering company is looking for a warehouse manager to assist them with the running of their warehouse based in the Shannon area.
The company has been in operation for the last 45 years starting out as a small local business in a 500sqft unit and has since grown into its 40000sqft purpose-built facility employing almost 100 staff and now using cutting edge equipment to provide the perfect solutions for their customers.
The position that is on offer is that of a Warehouse or Stores Manager and will require a person who has had a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a small team within a manufacturing or engineering environment and someone who is very adept with stock accuracy andthe use of ERP software. The main role of the warehouse manager is to ensure smooth running of the warehouse, that all transactions are logged correctly and that shipping and couriering of goods in and out of the facility are done correctly and in a timelyfashion.
