Warehouse Operative Position - Join my client's growing and thriving team!
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as a Warehouse Operative? They have a fantastic opening for a reliable and motivated individualto join their dynamic team.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in their operations. Your responsibilitieswill include loading and unloading vehicles, accurately counting and checking incoming stock, and efficiently utilising forklifts or pallet trucks to handle the storage process.
Picking orders from storage racks, packing them securely, and moving themto the loading bay for delivery or collection will be a regular part of your routine. You'll also ensure that materials are sorted correctly and placed in their allocated locations, while actively checking for any damaged or missing items.
In addition to these duties, you will contribute to the daily maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse. Your attention to detail will bekey during stock counting activities.
To excel in this role, you should be dependable, organised, and possess good literacy and numeracy skills. The physical demands of the job require someone who can meet these requirements and stay motivated throughout their shift. Flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks are also highly valued, as we work as a team to achieve our goals.
Requirements for this position include a valid Manual Handling certificate and a Forklift License (Reach and/orCounterbalance) with previous forklift operating experience of 1-2 years.
