My client a distributor of leading brands such as KitchenAid, Ninja, Normende and Shark are urgently looking for experienced warehouse supervisor who can assist them with the day to day running of their very busy warehouse based in Citywest.
The successful candidate's duties will include but are not limited to: Supervising staff and daily activities, managing, reporting on, and evaluating the productivity of the warehouse, ensuring all equipment is maintained andallocating the workload within the warehouse to the correct staff. Monitoring stock, tracking, and coordinating the receipt storage and delivery of goods along with other general duties required of a supervisor.
To be considered for this role you should have at least 3 years previous experience in a similar role and have a good track record at managing people, be able to manageyour time and be able to delegate tasks, you should have excellent communication skills as well as be proficient in MS office software.
A practical info about the job you might be interested in:
* Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 depending on experience
* Hours of Work: Two rotas - 6.30 am to 3.30 pm and 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. This will operate on a weekly rotationalbasis.
* Locations: Working across two locations - primarily in Citywest, Dublin 24 and their external warehousing in Walkinstown, Dublin 12. As a result, it is probably best for candidates to have their own car or be willing to take public transport toand from the locations (the red Luas line runs by both).
