An opportunity has arisen within a long established and highly reputable organsiation, who are recognised as one ofthe leaders within their field. With an impressive client base including multi-national companies, they are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join their team, providing an outstanding service and contributing towards the continued success of the business.
As the Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for any enquiries. You will be providing quotes basedon the customers requirements, before processing orders on the system.

THE ROLE:
* As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for answeringthe phone and handling inbound enquiries from new and existing customers
* Understanding fully what the customer is looking for, before providing an accurate quote
* Chasing up quotes and uploading onto the system
* Liaising with suppliers in regards to customer orders
* Updating customers on their orders via phone and email
* Upsell additional products when finalising orders
* Run web chat sessions to advise clients, leading to a sale
* Completing other duties as required
THE PERSON:* At least 1 years' experience within a customer service, telesales, internal sales, inbound sales role is essential
* Knowledge of the furniture or office supplies industry is highly desirable but not essential
* Experience of using Microsoft Ax Dynamix would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills
* Hard working and organised
