FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a General Operative for an agri business located close to Waterford City. This is a fixed term contract running from July to October and offering full time hours and overtime for the duration.Job location - Near Waterford City ( Could suit someone in South Kilkenny also )
Working hours - Evening / Night shift 6pmto 12pm
Hourly rate - DOE
Duties
* Operate / clean down grain drier and grain store filling equipment.
* Operate/ clean down of seed plant (grass seed / cereals).
* Quality control - Responsible for delivering a consistent level of product to an agreed specification and standard.
* Capable of driving a forklift / telehandler. Ideally the candidate should have avalid forklift ticket. Training will be provided if necessary.
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team, goodwith people and show initiative.
* Any other tasks that are deemed necessary and will be required to work across both sitesCandidate profile
This role would ideally suit a part-farmer looking to supplement their income , we will also consider anyone with a interest or background in farming / agriculture.
