Title: Commercial Manager

Salary: c€80k basic (pe) + Pension + expenses
As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing theSales & Marketing of Dairy Products to the Food Service and Retail Division. You will be tasked with driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring profitability aswell as driving growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.You will be instrumental in building brand awareness, and securing distribution channels with national retailers in order to maximise its market reach
* Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for both the Food Service Division and the new national butter brand.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and distributors.
* Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, productlaunches, and promotional activities.
* Monitor and evaluate sales performance, market share, and financial metrics to informstrategic decision-making.
* Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Requirements of Commercial Manager
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field* Proven track record of success in commercial management: within the food service industry ESSENTIAL
* Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Leadership capabilities with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
