My client, requires a Commissioning Engineer to join their team in Tullamore, Co Offaly.This is a permanent job, offering amazing career opportunities.
Reporting to the Plant Manager - as a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the plant and broader campus projects including the validation activities of existing systems, new installation, CI Imps, and upgrades to ensure they meet regulatory requirements. You will need to have an aptitude for documentation as well as engineering mindset.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Instrumentation of new equipment and commissioning of equipment.* You will identify and liaise with suppliers to ensure that they are competent and deliver on contractual obligations specificto validation and commissioning requirements in conjunction with the project teams.
* In conjunction with both internal and external stakeholders, ensure User Requirements Specification (URS), Functional & Design Specifications, Risk Assessments andother GAMP documentation are developed and approved to meet internal
* To create validation test scripts and protocols as required. If such scripts are created by suppliers, ensure that they are adequate as per internal procedures and GAMP requirementsprior to approval.
* To support and advise project teams and other employees and facilitate the validation of new equipment, systems and processes as per internal procedures and GAMP requirements.
Required:
* Education - Bachelors Degree, with aMechanical or Electrical background and experience with URS,. OP and PQ, GAMP and Compliance
* Lean six sigma approach to work* An ability to build relationships operations teams is key.
* A structured, logical thinker with good analytical skills,and excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills, you will have the ability to handle complex problems and deliver clear, concise solutions in a rapidly changing environment.
