THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a global Chemical Manufacturing business, with offices in across the country. The Business are looking to hire a Credit Controller to cover a 9-Month Maternity contract. You will join the finance team and support the Credit Control Manager and the Management Accountant.CREDIT CONTROLLER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Responsible for setting credit limits when appropriate.
* Managing all E-billing processes.
* Coordinate with customers as required to settle queries and issues.
* Support the Credit Control Manager with tasks.
* Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate resolutions with relevant managers.
* Responsible for managing all inbound queries with invoices.
* Reconciliations of customer accounts
* Coordinate with Collection agencies and Solicitors to collect over-dues
* Any other ad-hoc finance duties
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* 2+ years of experience in a Credit Control setting
* IT systems savvy with experience of Microsoft Excel and SAP
* High attention to detail
* A great team player
* Determined and results focused
