DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

FLEXIBLE WORKING + PROGRESSION + MOREGet Recruited are currently supporting a leading company based in Tottenham who, due to growth, are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to manage and develop the digital marketing strategy within the company. You will lead and monitor a variety of projects, whilst monitoringbudgets and ensuring that budgets are delivered within set timescales.

THE ROLE:
* As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day digital marketing within the company
* Deliver change in order to generate growth opportunities for incremental revenue
* Drive online sales through maximising traffic, conversions and ROI
* Running targeted email marketing campaigns
* Develop the digital calendar and schedules
* Develop andimprove web analytics capability, working closely with internal teams
* Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focused objectives
THE PERSON:
* At least 3 years' experience as a Marketing Manager is essential
* Previous digital marketing experience including acquisition, conversion and retention
* Excellent Google Analytics knowledge and channel marketing analytics
* Strong Google Analytics knowledge and channel marketing analytics
* Knowledge of e-commerce / digital P&L
* Strong SEO and PPC knowledge
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to make commercial decisions based oninsight and analysis
