We are currently seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our Facilities team in Daventry.As a Facilities Cad Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our facility by providing engineering and drafting services.
This includes work on electrical, structural, and mechanical systems, as well as drafting services for office layoutsand production line configurations.
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with engineers to create drafts and designs for facility improvement projects.
* Develop project requirements based on the facility's needs and space allocations.
* Ensure that projects adhere to state and local building codes.
* Utilise AutoCAD or similar programs to update building drawings.
* Apply creative technical and analytical skills for problem-solving.
* Manage your workload efficiently, adapting to priority work demands.
* Foster effective communication, exhibit action-oriented behaviour, and prioritise customer focus and collaboration.
