On behalf of my client, a manufacturing company in Watergrasshill, Co. Cork Iam recruiting for Production Operatives to join their busy Production team.
As a Production Line Operative, you will play acrucial role in manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth operation of the production line and the consistent quality of the products. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team of talented individuals who share your commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities:
* Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
* Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
* Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.
The ideal candidate will:
* have previous experience working in a production environment
* be able to work well alone andas part of a team
* be physically fit
* have experience working in a clean room environment
* have strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* be motivated and reliable and take initiative
* be available to work evening shift, Monday -Friday
Hours of work:
Evening shift: 4pm - 12am, Monday - Friday, no weekends
Rate of pay: €13.50 per hour + shift bonus
