My client an international industrial manufacturing company is seeking a logistics and customer service coordinator to assist them in supporting the sales, finance and manufacturing departments with all duties related to logistics and customer service.
This position is a full time permanent position with 39 hours per week Monday - Friday.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following tasks as well asany other task required by management: customer orders, ensuring delivery schedules are on time and confirm haulier bookings, invoicing, order and sales bookings on the ERP system, supporting sales and plant managers as well as assist with other logisticsand customer service related tasks throughout EMEA region.
To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 5 years experience working in logistics or customer service and preferably within the industrial manufacturing field. You should alsohave worked with an ERP system before (preferably Oracle) and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being ableto speak Dutch would also be a major advantage.
As well as a generous salary you will also be entitled to after probation a75% VHI contribution for you and immediate family members, contributory pension, sick pay scheme, Christmas bonus and 21 days annual leave + bank holidays.
