Description:
Our client, based in Co Cork but commutable from Killarney (25 mins), is looking to take on a maintenance fitter/electrician. You will be joining an Irish owned SME (50 in production) and reporting in to the owner. This is a standalone maintenance job, and requires a qualified fitter or electrician or millwright/electromechanical person. A generous hourlyrate/salary is on offer, and if required there is accommodation in Killarney. You will be required to look after the facility maintenance as well as the production machinery. You will have full autonomy and should there be a big project, contractors willbe brought in to assist you.
Are you a trade qualified fitter/electrician?
Are you computer literate? Have you worked on a CMMS?
Document work carried out
Follow an in-house maintenance schedule
Maintain and upkeep workshop machinery i.e. saw/drills, shot blasters, conveyors, plasma machines, lighting, painting equipment, generators, compressors and welding plants and the building facilities.
Carry out internal maintenance audits
