Description:
Our client, based just north of Cork city, requires a maintenance planner for their established, but expanding business. This is a fast paced (non meat) processing facility, where staff are encouraged to progress and where the average employee has been working there for over 8 years. There is a large maintenance department, managed by a supportive manager, who you will report in to. This is an office based job, Monday - Friday 8-5.30
Your duties will include:
* Prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules
* Act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations.
* Understand jobs well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labour hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.
* Coordinate planned downtimes
* Maintain the CMMS System by continually creating and updating Routines, Schedules and associated SOP's
* Help with keeping an optimal stock of spare parts and materials.
* Maintain preventive maintenance checklists
Do you have previous maintenance planning experience gained in a large manufacturing facility?
Do you have computerisedmaintenance management (CMMS) experience?
