Description:
Our client, based in Kildare, is currently recruiting a maintenance technician for their state of the art, food production facility. This is a fully automated, clean production environment. This is a days only M-F maintenance technicianjob. The hourly rate is generous and you will be joining a large company where promotional prospects are available.
Are you aqualified electrician or fitter?
Do you have more than one years post apprenticeship experience working in a factory maintenance team?
Do you have experience working with PLC's?
Duties will include:
* Carry out installations and commissioning of plant / equipment & trouble shooting of same.
* Carry out basic programming and diagnostic of plant and equipment.
* Contribute to the efficiency of the operation by maximizing uptime of machinery & minimise
downtime in production and utility areas.* Carry out the execution of the preventive maintenance programs.
* Troubleshooting using PLC Programs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, General Electric, and
Schneider Electric PLCs).
* Technical support for all the plant facilities (including but not limitedto compressed air &
refrigeration).
