An excellent design, development and manufacturing business set in a beautiful part of the countryside seeks to recruit an established Manufacturing Engineering Manager to jointheir team.

The ManufacturingEngineering Manager role:
* Lead all Manufacturing Engineering activities and processes
* Facilitate and guide the capital and project equipment as well as tooling budgets.
* Manage the specifications and procurement of new or replacement injection mould tooling, manufacturing equipment and jigs and fixtures.
* Oversee the specification and procurement of new and replacement injection mould tooling and other associated manufacturing equipment.
* Provide mentoring and coaching to develop the manufacturing Engineering team.
* Investigate and promote the adaptation of best practices and technical innovations withinthe medical devices field.
The Successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager:
* You will have a thorough knowledgeof Injection mould tooling, it's specification, design and functionality.
* A strong people manager and communicator, you willflourish leading a small team with the opportunity to continue its growth and input into strategic direction.
* You will havea high level of Engineering qualification, HND or above and have demonstrable experience within a senior Manufacturing Engineering role which incorporate a significant proportion of this specification.
* The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a Medical device, Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.
