Our client, based in North Dublin 11, a food producer (meat processor NOT abattoir), requires a night shift supervisor who will be responsible forthe management of the hygiene team. Monday to Friday 930pm - 6am. You will be joining a large corporate client in their new facility (3 years old) - clean room environment (meat processing - not abattoir). You will report in to the factory manager.
Do you have previous management experience?
Do you have experience of Hygiene Management in the food industry?
Are you aware of the regulations surrounding Chemical application, storage and safety control?
Do you hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
IOSH/NEBOSH or other relevant safety qualification?
Do you have COSHH and HACCP?
This night shift cleaning supervisor job has ateam lead and 8 hygiene operatives reporting in to it.
Your duties will include:
* Ensure hygiene standards and targets of cleanliness are achieved and continuously improved.
* Support the production process through the continuous monitoring of hygiene standards of the plant, machinery, and grounds.
* Identify opportunities to improve the function and reduce costs whilstensuring full conformity.
