Planning Co-ordinator
My client is looking for Planning Co-ordinator to assist the production team in just outside Cork city. My client is an Irish owned manufacturing facility, based just outside Cork city area (no parking problems). This role is Monday to Friday 9-5 with the possibility of flexi time during the off season. You will be working with the supply chain manager and production team. You will have strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently with strong IT skills. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create manufacturing jobs in line with production plan in a timely & efficient manner
* Check to ensure jobs are in line with Bestmix formulation
* Print all manufacturing product labels & carry out necessary checks to ensure labels are correct.
* Ensureproduction plan, related jobs & labels are available to production in a timely manner
* Alert appropriate personnel regarding raw material shorts
* Maintain sufficient levels of label stock & place purchase orders for same
* Ensure label printers are in good working order & alert relevant personnel if not.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* Leaving Certificate level education with good I.T. knowledge and job experience in the above function
KEY SKILLS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
* Person with the ability to work in an organized fashion, the ability work under pressure and complete all related tasks within time deadlines. I.T. literate.
