Description:

Have you worked in a mining/quarry/cement/milling/heavy food industry?
Are you self motivated, flexible and systems orientated?
You will be a good people motivator and change agent.
Your duties will include:
* Ensure that the site operates within all necessary statutory and corporate safety requirements.
* Achieve customer requirementsat lowest delivered cost and required quality levels.
* Deliver plant financial performance.
* Maintain integrated management systems, communications, and training in health & safety, quality, and environment (ISO).
* Drive Operational Excellenceprogramme and be a champion of Standard Work, R3 procedures and 5S.
* Lead continuous improvement activities
* Lead operations team and prioritise their development for the future.
* Lead maintenance team and prioritise their development for the future.
* Maximise utilisation and efficiency of plant and equipment, ensuring a robust program of the Total Productive Maintenance Programme (TPM).
* Drive improvements through engineering excellence and improvement projects.
* Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements
* Manage manufacturing projects, product transfer, domestically and internationally, capital investments and process improvements.
