Description:
Our client, based in the North Cork region requires a Senior Production/ Operations Manager. This is a Monday - Friday days onlyrole.
You will be joining an established company where you will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, process control, raw materials and packaging procurement, maintenance scheduling, driving continuous improvement and managing staff.
You will have a formal Food Science/Food Technology or Agri qualification and you will have a minimum of 5 years production MANAGEMENT experience in the food (or similar) industry.
