We have an amazing opportunity for talented Production Supervisors to join the expanding team atour friendly Med Device Company in Roscommon. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll play a key role in managing a range of product lines within our manufacturing area. Your focus will be on ensuring that all manufacturing KPIs, including quality, safety, and costs, are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Guide and inspire yourteam to achieve outstanding performance and 100% efficiency in your assigned area of responsibility.

Requirements:
* Desirable: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
* Essential: Hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
* Desirable: Possess a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
* Showcase excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building positive relationships.
