Our Production Team is looking for motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join them as soon as possible.

Production Supervisor - Duties:
* Supervision of the grading operation (Ungraded, Graded, Tray wash, packaging)
* Supervising the team and having positive affect on the performance, motivating and leading by example
* Follow and promote company's Health & Safetyguidelines
* Working closely with Production Manager and the Team to ensure the best practice is maintained.
* Daily KPIs reporting
* Internal audits
* Staff training
If you also have a good knowledge of MS word/Excel/Power Point and experience of IOSH Working Safely, Accident Investigation and Near Miss reporting we want to hear from you even more!!
***Training opportunities for the right Production Supervisor! Depending on candidates previous experience and qualifications***Salary for our Production Supervisor will be £27,000 - 32,000
Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11pm
