THE ROLE:
Assessment and analysis of production procedures, safety requirements, machinery and equipment in order to create a robust and safe operation process (Lock-Out/Tag-Out) for both Cleaning and Maintenance duties.
Processes include the use of varied energy forms including: Electrical, Water, Compressed Air, Hydraulics and Pneumatics. A variety of raw materials are used including plastics and chemicals.
You will take into consideration both "simple" and "Complex" LOTO procedures including Stored energy and the specific hazards posed during isolation and the re-energisation to continue production
One analysis is complete you will create the LOTO Standard Operating procedure (SOP) with clear and defined documentation, instructionboards and potential training systems
THE CANDIDATE:
You must be highly knowledgeable around LOTO standards and procedures.
Experienced in LOTO assessment, audit or implementation of processes
Able to generate SOP's around LOTO practices.
Experienced in the delivery of projects to all relative area's of the business and clear communication throughout.
Ableto work and act as the LOTO Subject Matter Expert.

This role sites OUTSIDE of IR35Pay Rate: £400 per day (Ltd Co/Umbrella) - Possible negotiation dependant upon experience
