Quality Systems Specialist Engineer

Are you passionate about maintaining top-notch quality standards and driving continuous improvement? We are seeking a proactive Quality Systems Specialist Engineer to be the driving force behind our quality management system and manufacture quality ring processes.
Responsibilities:
Investigate, document, and remediate quality issues in Donegal Libre and BGM operations and testingareas.
Collaborate with Operations to make informed quality and compliance decisions throughout the production process.
Champion a culture of quality through team training, presentations, and toolbox talks.
Compile and present quality metrics for Libreproduction processes, fostering operational excellence.
Monitor and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System acrosssite operations.
Conduct thorough inspections, communicate findings, and collaborate with area leads on corrective actions.
Encourage a "right first time" approach, fostering accountability for quality records.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Libre and BGM manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Science.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Scientific environments, with a focus on Quality Operations.
Strong apolitical skills to investigate and resolve quality issues effectively.
Excellent communication and presentationabilities to deliver the quality message across the site.
Quality-driven mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
