I am delighted to be supporting my client, a leading medical device manufacturer, in recruiting a Site Quality Manager.
Reporting to the European Quality Director, you will be responsible for all Quality activities on the site ensuring applicable regulatory and quality standards are adhered to.
You will hold a Level 7/8 qualification in a Science / Engineering discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years' experiencein a quality leadership role within a highly regulated industry. You will be a strong people manager with a positive, "can-do" approach.

Responsibilities ~(A snapshot…)
* Lead and coordinate the strategic and tacticalactivities of the Quality Team to meet targets for customer delivery, product quality & ensuring a safe work environment atall times.
* Leads the use of lean tools to drive continuous improvement.
* Responsible for ensuring that the team is trained in their roles & also to support the development of standard work, documentation, training & work instruction activities where appropriate.
* Creates a high performing flexible team which achieves excellent results through coaching/mentoring & effective performance management.
* Manages the development, modification and maintenance of all quality evaluation and control systems in areas of product responsibility, and in compliance with company policies, customer requirements and governmentregulations ISO13485 & ISO9001: 2008 and EU GMP Volume 4 plus Annexes.
