FRS Recruitment are urgently looking for a Business & Data Analyst for one of their pharmaceutical clients based in Cork. Work will be remote initially but once restrictions are lifted that person will be expected on site full-time.

**Must Haves**

* Previous Manufacturing experience
* Understanding of equipment in a pharma environment and what it does (Equipment maintenance mindset)
* Experience working with large data-sets



Job Description:

The Engineer will be part of a team responsible for implementing aReal-time Multivariate (MVA) Process Monitoring programme using the SIMCA-online platform. The key focus of this position will be to build MVA models using SIMCA modelling software, writing model design specifications, configuring and implementing on the SIMCA-online platform. Training will be provided on SIMCA MVA modelling. The role will require working with multiple business areas on site and collaborating with process team members.



Key Criteria includes:

* Someone who has the ability to pulland access data from Osi Pi (Basic admin knowledge of Osi Pi will be enough)
* Using the data to support investigations and using the data to build equipment models.
* Know how to pull data from manufacturing processes and cleaning large data sets
*Large Data sets could include up to 100,000 rows and over 200 parameters
* Understand what the equipment in a pharma environment does. (Equipment maintenance mindset)
* Previous plant experience supporting the production lines
* Full understanding of day to day business processes on the plant floor
* Troubleshooting mindset / identifying critical parameters
* Someone tohit the ground running/work independently
* Previous stakeholder management/engagement experience
* Engage with operators and engineers involved in manufacturing
* Excellent communication
* Training on SIMCA will be provided
* At least 2-3 yearsprevious manufacturing experience
* Will consider non pharma once they have manufacturing experience



Desired Background/Experience/Attributes:

* Good process understanding in Small and/or Large Molecule Plants
* Experience with SIMCA application would be a benefit
* Demonstrated ability extracting and cleaning data from systems such as OSI PI
* Strong skills inMS Excel (management of large datasets, formulas, etc)
* Ability to listen and understand client requests
* Ability to takeclient requests and deliver to plan
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
