You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providersThis nursing home provides exceptional, specialised care for those in need of residential, nursing and dementia care and offers a peaceful and comfortable haven for all residents
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**
As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
* Alongside the Home Manager, you will manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements
* You will ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support experiencing life opportunities helpingto promote growth and independence
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:* Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
* The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in orderto provide excellent services of care
* Good working knowledge of CQC standards
* The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals/ families/ visitors and staffing teams
* Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the homeThe successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £55,000 per annum.
