I am delighted to assist my client, a leading organisation who provides services to children and adults with disabilities and their families from over 40 locations in 15 counties. My client is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to join their wonderful team in Cork.
About the role:
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in delivering quality standards of care and support to provide support to children with physical and sensory support needs, ID and Autism. You will work as part of our inter-disciplinary team delivering a coordinated approach to children/young people from 0-18 years across all disabilities. The CNM will ensure a high standard of clinical care is maintained, including assessment, intervention, and training and ongoing service delivery.
What you need?
* Registered RGN, RNID, RNMH or dual qualified
* Possess a recognised Nursing qualification in any of the above areas
* Have atleast 5+ years post-registration experience relevant to the role
* Previous management experience desirable
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Proven IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
