Position: Clinical Nurse Manager

I am delighted to assist a client of mine, in search fora new Clinical Nurse manager. If you enjoy leading a team of clinical staff and delivering high-quality nursing care, then thiscould be the right opportunity for you.
You will work alongside another CNM1, CNM2, and a DON, and be supported by a team ofexperienced Nurses. The CNM1 is responsible and accountable for the provision of clinical and professional leadership, nursingmanagement, and continuous professional development in the area of responsibility.

My client is specialist in providing residential care and day service to people with an intellectual disability. My client is looking for a CNM who iscommitted to supporting people with disabilities and their families, in a person centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with their core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
* Be proactive in promoting & ensuring that the Ethos, Mission, Vision and core values of the company are upheld.
* Ensure that personnel within their designated area of responsibility work in accordance with the policy and ethos of the company
* Ensure that all nursing staff adhere to professional code of conduct and operate within the scope of practice
*Ensure that any concerns for the safety and welfare of clients are reported in a timely manner
Requirements:
* You willhave a third level Nursing qualifications, i.e. BSc in Nursing or equivalent (ideally RGN)
* You will be actively registered with NMBI
* You will have min of 5 years post graduation experience
* You will have a min of 1 years experience at CNM levelor 2+ years at Senior Staff Nurse level.
* You will possess strong communication skills and work ethic.
* You will be able to work on your own initiative with good leadership skills.
