I am delighted to assist a client of mine, in search ofa Clinical Nurse manager 1. If you enjoy leading a team of clinical staff and delivering high-quality nursing care, then this could be the right opportunity for you.
You will work alongside another CNM1, CNM2, and a DON, and be supported by a team of experienced Nurses. The CNM1 is responsible and accountable for the provision of clinical and professional leadership, nursing management, and continuous professional development in the area of responsibility
