The client
I am delighted to assist my client, a leading HSE Hospital, in recruiting for a CNM2 to join their Behavioural Therapy team in Dublin. My client has been established to provide a holistic person centred service that promotes the well-being and rights of the Resident, family and carer. Duties
The CNM2 Behavioural Therapy will provide care and ongoing assessment and management of older adults and adult disability residents presenting with responsive behaviour, multiple comorbidities and frailty. You will be required to work as a key member of the multi-disciplinary team in the organisation providing physical, psychological and emotional support to older people and their families/carers throughout their disease trajectory and you will also be responsible for the educational development of Healthcare staff in responsive behaviour, in line with best practice, identifying areas for development.
Eligibility Criteria
* Registered with the NMBI in the General, Psychiatric or Intellectual Disability Division OR Entitled to be registered
* Have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience.
* Have 2 years experience in the area of Behavioural Therapy.

* Demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development.
* Possess strong clinical, managerial and administrative capacity.
* Possess strong interpersonal, communication skills .
* Have effective analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to manage resources and a strong capacity for leadership.
