Salary: €50,096 - €59,570

The main responsibilities include working in partnership with families, resource management,ensuring a safe effective service to service users, staff development, standard setting and monitoring, facilitating communication and managing staff teams to deliver the service. The post holder will also have a lead role in the management and monitoringof risk and safeguarding across adult respite and day service
As the Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2)/Person In Charge , youwill play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and progress of young and elderly individuals with intellectual disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements:
* Third level management qualifications.
* BA Social Studies or Nursing Degree
* 3+ years of nursing management experience.
* Passion for empowering people with intellectual disabilities
