Description
Our client seeking passionate individuals to join our team in supporting people with intellectual disabilities and their families. As a CNM2 (PIC), you will play a crucial role in delivering person-centered, community-based care in accordance with our core values and ethos. This role will be based at their Residential Services.Requirements
* 3rd Level qualification in health/social care
* Up-to-date NMBI Registration
* Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6
* Full clean manual driving license
Responsibilities and Duties
* Be proactive in promoting & ensuring that the Ethos, Mission, Vision and core values of the company are upheld.
* Ensure that personnel within their designated area of responsibility work by the policy and ethos of the company.
* Ensure that all nursing staff adhere to the professional code of conduct and operate within the scope of practice.
* Ensure that any concerns for the safety and welfare of clients are reported promptly
